Larry, as your an athlete, if you haven’t already seen the documentary, Game Changers on YouTube, Netflix, etc. I highly recommend you watch it. It’s about world’s best athletes eating a plant based diet. There’s one scene that shows what your blood looks like, with and without eating meat, it’ll blow you away.
Plant based eating is the right thing for our bodies and the world, and it’s the one biggest thing we all can do to stop global warming, and it’s the right thing to do in fairness to our fellow animals.

I made a few quick changes in my life that were only quick after lot and lots of stress and pain. Its sadly only after putting myself through the trenches for so long that I could “quickly” decide to make changes, so I can’t honestly call them “quick”.
The most important change I’ve made “quickly” is that I’ve changed my outlook on the world and my mindset to take it on with everything I have. I’ve only done this in the last year of my life, and its thanks to the inspiration and motivation I gain through ThinkDaily and the School of Entrepreneurship, and the opportunity given to me here at Contractor Nation.
Larry, you have already and will continue to inspire countless people in every day of their lives. We’re lucky to have such a wonderful and generous person like you in our lives.

I did something similar on what was at the time a random day; January 17th, 2019. I lost 30 pounds in 40 days because I made a decision to eat differently. I swore I would never diet and I never have and I never will. I just eat differently than I used to after learning the best intake for my particular body. The weight has stayed off because the change was real. This is a great analogy for other aspects of our lives. Great story!
I feel like to change and make a goal but the problem, I backslide and repeat the same pattern and it is very frustrating to change …but , I need to discipline the hard-work of commitment to change.
