I think I rise well to adversity, but just this year I am finding a new path in the day to day PIA issues or tasks. Previously they’d bring me down, now I am seeing them as our windows to our growth and improvement path. And generally just handing them better. I think a lot of that has to do with the amazing team support we have in place.

Here is how I studied for a test. Early in the evening, I reviewed my notes and on a separate pad, wrote down key phrases and answers I thought would be on the test. Write them several time. Then, go to bed early enough to give you a good night’s sleep. During your sleep, your brain will file away what you experienced during your waking hours. If your sleep is sparse, you will not be able to do this. Don’t cram all night and expect to ace the test!

Something I do in reflection. If I am so lucky at 80, 90 or even 100, my family gathered around me as I’m taking my last breaths; This action or nonaction, how would I feel? Happy, sad, proud or ashamed.

This such sound advice. That’s it in a nutshell. You can go to life coaches, consultants, ect, ect. But there it is, key points. Great advice for how to live, not just business. Thank you for sharing!!
