I love it! Complacency is easy, it’s warm and inviting, but it’s a hindrance we need to put behind us. If we’re not constantly challenging ourselves and trying to improve, we’re growing complacent in our existence. If you’re serious, you’ll keep challenging yourself when things get easier. If you’re changing and improving, the right people will notice all on their own. The more drastic the improvements, the more noticeable.
