Body language is both a cause and effect of emotion.

If you are feeling down, your body will droop.  Conversely, if you droop your body, you will start to feel down.

Knowing this, you can create positive emotions by putting your body in a position to create the positive emotions you want.  

Upright, chin up, smile, shoulders back…you can get in-state for a meeting or sales call or presentation – or if you just want to feel better.

Move your body right and it will send a signal to your brain – “I am happy, confident and feeling strong and powerful” and your brain will believe it and make you feel that way.
