Your greatest growth potential
What are you really good at? What do you like to do even if you aren't being paid? Where are your talents? That's where your greatest growth potential is.
Hunger
Do you have a hunger? Just the fact that you desire it means it is possible for you. What is it?
Toll Road
Dreams are free - so we like to have them. Making them come true is not free. So we give up on our "dreams" because they weren't really dreams; they were "nice to haves" - if it was easy. What dreams do you have that you'd be willing to pay…
Authenticity
We live in a world where sometimes there seems to be little reality left. Authenticity is refreshing, and a great asset. Be real. Be you.
Light in your veins
If we come to know ourselves, and stay true to who and what we are, we will not give our power away to anyone or anything else. Do you know who you are? Stay you. Stay light.
Emotions distort valuations
That why you must be a likable person - so others value you, (your work, your results, your family, your possessions, your opinion) highly. Do other have a positive emotional reaction to you?

Do something nice. Make them feel welcome and special. Pay a compliment. No matter how long it takes, seeds of human kindness will grow and bloom. Who will you plant a seed with today?
Concentrated Benefits/Diffused Costs
Groups with a common special interest will fight for their benefit/action from the government. The government will spread the costs across a much wider population through overt or hidden taxation schemes. Since it's just a small cost to each (or no cost to the 46% of workers who pay no…
Not inferior unless we say so
There are no inferior brains, only inferior self images. You are worthy. We all are. Just as worthy as anyone else. Tell the children. Tell yourself. Often.

I think my greatest growth potential is: I am not afraid to change or grow and that helps me to implement new opportunities &/or system that help my team & me to be better! (I made a decision to be a lifelong learner about 4 years ago. I want to grow into someone who can be better prepared to handle more opportunity in all areas of my life physically, spiritually, relationally, emotionally, mentally & financially)
I used to live in the definition of insanity “doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result” I think it’s better to be or do something you’ve never done in order to become or arrive somewhere you’ve never been! ( of course evaluatin the success of others before you do something new is a good idea / unless you are on the cutting edge of something great)
I have the ability to be a friend and be a loving person Using the statement ” Love first act second” helps me greatly to know that all is well with me and I can choose to love and be supportive of anyone I come into contact with Thanks Larry Have a grateat day
