I have heard you mention this “Do it and you will” technique in the past, and now I use it to motivate myself to start something I’ve been avoiding. And I’m always amazed how well it works! 95 degrees outside and don’t feel like doing yard work? Just get out there and after a few minutes outside it becomes fun. “Don’t Feel Like It” becomes “Feel Like It” almost every time. It’s a great mind hack.

Karma and manifestation can go hand in hand. You should always try to do the right thing and also think positively and kindly. Lately, I feel as if I have bad karma in the air. Im not sure from where but I think I negatively manifested. I was searching for something exciting to happen in my life to make me less ordinary and the world rewarded me with CHAOS. But you know what they say, you only get a rainbow when it rains. Hopefully my good karma will come back around to me. Also it helps to be mindful of the energy you put out. If you are always thinking negatively you will project that onto other people without even noticing and in turn you will only see the negative things in your life. It really is all connected, dont you think Larry? Or do I sound like a crazy spiritual hippie…

I used to be a very negative person and always expected the worst – and the worst is often when I got. Over the years I’ve adapted my thinking to be positive and to expect the best. My life has greatly improved because I made the internal change. Miracles happen everyday and we have to pay attention so we don’t overlook them.

Stumbled across King Richard the other day. I grew up training at an elite level of figure skating so I really identified with the pressure to conform to the “norm” that is dictated to budding athletes. It reminded me while watching this movie that having a clear vision of what success is going to look like in one part of your life, needs to pair well with life as a whole. When that happens, it sure does make the day to day decisions a lot easier. This translates into the business world with no need for explanation.

This can refer to the quote “you cant control other peoples actions, you can only control your reaction to them”. To be able to respect and remove yourself from others who you realize are creating negative space in your head. Everything in life ends up working out in the end, don’t you think?
