Making comfortable decisions all the time is what probably got you in trouble.
The right decision often feels uncomfortable.
So comfort is not the test.
Leading an organization is not a job for people who want to be comfortable.
What decision or conversation needs to happen now?
Greeting L.J, MISSED YOUR GREETINGS………….GRATFUL FOR YOUR DAYLY WORDS OF WISDOM
Such a good reminder. I certainly don’t like discomfort and sometimes I realize that I avoided something simply because of the discomfort. It’s always good to consider the situation as if it were someone else who needed to make the decision. Then decide what you would advise them to do. We typically don’t consider the comforts of others when we give advice so this line of thinking should take that emotion out of the equation.
