When a teenager acts like an adult, they can stand out.
When an older person is doing things that younger people do, they can stand out (and hold onto “life”)
Last Friday night, at 61 years old, I decided to go to our local motocross track and race there under the lights for the first time in 14 years! (I never stopped riding motocross, but I haven’t raced it. Desert racing is different than motcross.)
It was fun! It’s fun to defy expectations. I rode great and did well.
Age is a state of mind, and for many activities (not all, but enough) that is a choice.
What would you do if you were just the right age for it?
Consider that you are. Let’s go!
I turn 60 in 20 days, my goal 10 months ago was to get into the shape I was in when I was 30. I’ve always kept myself in shape, but kind of let go a little. I’ve now dropped 25 pounds. I can rip off 100 push-ups. I’m walking 3 to 5 miles every day. My doctor was shocked, even took me off of two medication’s. I would have to mention my wife Leanna for helping me through this journey! Also Frank Dimaria for one day him looking at me in the office and saying it looks like you got a little belly going. LOL Die trying!!!
