Working hard is great, but hard work alone will not move you ahead much.
Working hard doing something in a sub-optimal way, doing low-value work, or doing something that should not be done at all, is not very productive or valuable.
Growth is about how hard you work – at learning.
The more you know, the more value you can bring when you are working hard.
How well do you learn?
Or.. in lay men’s terms.. ((Smarter not harder)) once you stop learning, you can only exist. It took me a while to figure that out. My motto is “Time does not make you wise Henry” nor is it on your side, open that part between your ears and let knowledge guide you, not repetition..
