The second law of thermodynamics tells us that the entropy of an isolated system will arrive at a state of thermodynamic equilibrium at a point where the entropy is highest. That is systems tend to disorder. Put in excellent systems and also create an environment such that the employees and other stakeholders benefit more from the order, than the disorder.
