“What are your top ideas for doing this more efficiently?”
“If you could use a new tool to do your job better, what would it be?”
“What would you do if you were me?”
You are not alone. Ask, and crowdsource ideas; you’re paying for them even if you don’t get them.
Organizations and Enterprises are full of people with great ideas. It only makes sense to get those ideas that are already there. In addition people love to see their good ideas put into action, and the positive result that has on them and the enterprise.
