I totally agree ~ but one of the medications I’m on interrupts my sleep at night. As someone who works at home and is a caregiver I try to get a nap in the afternoon so I can function for the rest of the day. I only feel a little guilty about it. : )

How true! Much work is done by your brain while you sleep. During the first past of your sleep, your brain is cleaning and sorting, but it is the last few hours when memories are stored. Teens often get the least sleep, and they miss this vital part.
Many advocates say school should start much later for them. 7:00 or 7:30 start times can negatively impact school performance.

Hello Larry, a study was just published today that studied over 1-million people and it showed that between 6 and 8- hours is the optimum hours a person should sleep per day. when you get more or less sleep per day your chances of heart disease goes up 33%
