When something to do becomes what you do, you have to ask if it is taking you toward your big worthy goal or not.  It’s easy to fill spaces that can be used for other things that will be far more important to you in the long run.

The phones in our pockets can be a technology accelerator or a big waste of time.

I see it happening all over! Couples out to dinner, one their phone, kids at a high school sports event texting the kid down three rows! It’s crazy that some of us have lost the ability to TALK to people and pay attention to them in their presence. The smart phone is a powerful tool, but its just that a tool.
