Focusing on the task ahead of me and trying to make the best of every moment helps me stay present.
Thinking about all the things I still want to do is in the back of my mind but because I know that I can not do anything about it right this second I try to focus on being present instead.
When the time arrives and I feel the moment is right, I will make conscious steps towards my goals.
