The cameras and the microphones (part 2)

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

If we control what we put in front of our eyes and what sounds our ears hear, we can control the quality of our thoughts, beliefs and expectations. And that makes all the difference in our world. It will literally change the direction of our lives – and direction + time equals destiny (destination).

You know how.

Change what you put in front of your cameras – what you read, watch, and your environment.

Change what your microphones hear – what you listen to, the audio that comes with video, the sounds a given environment produces.

What will you change?

“The Wolves” by Bob Iver is one I keep on my soundtrack

Listen to Earle Nightingale’s The Strangest Secret or some old Milton Friedman interviews before you go to sleep, and you will sleep better.

I like that song too. It reminds me of Journey. Don’t stop believin’!

The past two days of messages “The camera and microphones)
was delivered with great timing, and perhaps a confirmation or a change I recently contemplated.

Prior to bedtime, I enjoy watching movies as a way detox ( so to speak) from the days events. I choose action and/or movies that do not require much thought at all. Recently, I have pondered the value of those 2hours and should I look for more documentary and/or education type genres.

Thus I will make a change and view more mindful and mind fulling shows
