Cause and Effect

I read your Cause and Effect today again and it hit me differently. I have changed “Me”! I relieved myself from the Sales Manager by 50% and just dove in and made “Cory” my “Resident Sales Pro”. Good or bad? Was he the right one or not? Is it time? All the questions came and I just jumped in and said if I don’t — when will I. He has stepped up and is taking the ball and running with it. A lot to be said for “JUST DO IT!” but do it with clarity!

I will genuinely tell people that I love them and I love working with them. If expressing our love towards our surrounding is so bad than there is a problem in this world. The fear of loosing control or of the unknown is very powerful and a limiting factor. Most people fear their own reactions and their own inner turmoil so they do whatever they need to do to come out on top and avoid facing themselves.
