Conviction

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

When two people meet, the one who is most convinced of their position will ultimately win over the one who is least convinced.

Steve Jobs believed everything he said – so other people believed it too and jumped on the bandwagon.

Are you 100% convinced of what you are saying and are you able to persuade others?

Sharon leichsenring

My strength comes from my certainty that I am 100% certain of my ability to handle a challenge. That is what can convince others of what I say I can do.
If I am shy of that certainty, I will make sure that I can learn and master the skills that I need.

Conviction comes from competence and the self-assurance one develops from that competence. It has to be developed on a sound foundation. Conviction without a basis is soon chipped away by your audience. Therefore, be prepared and your convictions will be well-based.

The Think Daily for Business People message this morning asked “Who are the leaders around you? Answer for us at Woods Basement Systems is Wayne Woods.

It was ironic and awesome for me to see one of our leaders, Wayne Woods, with Larry on the same day’s Think Daily message.

Jack Gottsche

Unquestionably Yes. Thank you for this great share and the Steve Jobs reference.

Barry Cavanagh

Well said. This a great message that I will use for my Sales meeting.
Thank you.
