Create less friction

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

People are different. And when these unique personalities rub against each other out there, there can be lots of friction. Some of us cause more friction than is necessary. And some respond to the friction initiated by others, with more friction. It can be exhausting.

Can we move about our day through the sea of population without a lot of energy spent on being shocked, appalled, angered, and disappointed by others’ behavior and transgressions perceived only by us?

Our days could be a lot silkier if we did.

As an empath I can tell you that keeping the shield on is one of the biggest challenges along with having the strength to distinguish between your own and other peoples feelings that were absorbed. Even reading is hard sometimes because feelings and emotions come through mixing with our own emotions creating havoc or heaven based on the mix of the potion. But I like to learn and I like to help others so I carry the burden to my best capabilities. And I think this is the perfect place to thank those who are encouraging me and are providing techniques and examples of how to channel the burdening energy. Thank you, I much appreciate it even if at times my feelings get the best of me and I react contrary to my better self.
