The obvious needs to be stated

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

As a society, we take too many medicines.  We don’t eat well.  We don’t exercise enough.  In these ways we abuse our bodies and are subject to many maladies that we wouldn’t be otherwise.  Bad backs, diabetes, high blood pressure, brittle bones, and a hundred other problems.

What we do is up to us.  We’re free to choose, and live with the consequences.

Think ahead.

I do not take any medication on a daily basis, vitamins or supliments but I only drink water, eat lots of raw vegetables and fruits, at the minimum go for a daily walk as a form of exercise and aim to sleep at least 9 hours. I also try to stay as far away as possible from leathering myself with cosmetics, makeup, lotions and nail polishes.

Andrea

I was a prey to a lot of things but fortunatelly I learned my lessons. We all learn as we go. It is ok to do misstakes but it is never too late to make a change.

Andrea

Maybe prey is not the right word here. I was a willing purchaser in many instances. I always had a choice. What I did and how I acted was a lack of many things on my part.
