We should go out in the world and look for evidence of what is right, not evidence that we are right.
If we look for evidence that we are right, we will always find it – a justification of how we are thinking.
Then we don’t learn anything and keep thinking the same way.
I hope Think Daily doesn’t match exactly how you were thinking everyday, and that it can break your thinking patterns from time to time.

There are many things from the Think Daily message that line up with the way I think! As a man thinketh so is he! My actions so not always line up with my thoughts and because of this receiving reinforcement and a new perspective helps me reflect on the actions that do not line up with my thoughts or beliefs and make changes accordingly. The inspirational thought provoking messages you bring through Think Daily are fresh and presentrd in a new package that often allows me to not just think about my perspective but the perspective of others. There are times when I am stretched and challenged & disagreeable but that’s ok too. When I listen to Ted Talks I get the same feeling all the time but I still listen to understand what others are thinking and to gain some wisdom in the process even if they don’t match my beliefs. Thank you Larry for bringing new perspective to us daily!

This was the perfect message for today as we try to get thigs right and not worry about who is right. One our our newest thoughts is “it’s not about who is right or wrong, it is about geting it correct for the operation & the customer”
