Build your library

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

The mind is the original “hardware.” Books (ideas in them) are “software.” The hardware won’t do anything without software.

You need information and ideas and to learn what others have in ten thousand lifetimes.

Buy books. Select your topics carefully (there are so many!). Study because you want to extract the key ideas and make them part of you. Make notes in your journals. Learn more to earn more. Learn to contribute and be of better service.

What’s in your library?

W J Staples

“Setting aside just 15 minutes a day will enable you to read up to two dozen books in a year. Keep it up and you will have read 1,000 books in your lifetime. That’s the equivalent of going through college five times”

-G. Gordon, American Library Assn.
