I firmly believe you are known by the company that you keep. Surround yourself with the absolutely best people possible. I am blessed in this respect.

Sometimes we have to compromise and acknowledge the we are all humans and have weaknesses. There is no such thing as perfect and everyone changes. Leaders are humans who try things and learn from their mistakes. I think what sets leaders apart from others are their sharper senses and the fact that they can exert more control or are more in tune with themselves and the world.
