We live in a world of streaming distraction. You can’t do important work if you don’t shut it all down and focus.
Go somewhere boring and cut off (shut off) communication to the outside world to do your best work.

My comment back to you is long overdue. I look forward to your messages every morning. In fact i made up a notebook with every one of your messages and refer to them often. Along with another of my favorite books that i have read and re-read- Deekpak Chopra “7 Spiritual Laws of Success”.
