The more noise in your life, the less certainty. Limit the media you consume to voices of value who are helping you get where you want to go.


What to do now

What to do now depends on what you are trying to do. What is the goal?  What outcome do you want?  What kind of person do you want to be? What activities will get you there? That's what to do now.

Happy people have goals.  - short-term goals that are part of long-term goals....they are making progress. What are yours?


"But it's hard"…

Our lives are affected by how we think things are, not by how they actually are. How are you responding to what is in front of you?


…but have you really communicated?

In your relationships, and at work.  Have you really sat down with who you need to and had an honest discussion about that? If you don't fully and respectfully communicate, you can't complain, because it is your fault.


Integrity is a requirement for every job.

Be the same person in private as you are in public. Do what you say you will. Be a person others can trust. Don't talk people down when they're not around. People of integrity are always in high demand.
