How old do you want to live to be?
Really. Pick an age. The average answer is 89. Only 8% of peple want to live to be over 100. Assuming you'll live to that age, how much of your life has elapsed? (42%, 63%, etc.) You can't outlive your body. Will it last that long?
Revenge
Revenge serves the darker side of us, and will likely illicit a small war that never ends. Forgiveness builds our higher self, and relieves us of the burden. Who have you been battling in your mind that you can forgive, and set yourself free?
Your Compass Heading
While you can't change where you are in life overnight, you can change your direction. What direction are you headed?
Being Proud of You
It's not what others say about you that matters most, but what you say about yourself. Act in a way you can respect and be proud of. You're the one who knows everything you do, and others can see you wearing it.
Key Conversations
Tension, bitterness, frustration, anger between you and someone else. You know you need to talk with someone but you are afraid of how they will react, or you know you played a part and don't want to have that pointed out because you don't want to hear it and apologize.…
How to have a boring life
Do the same thing over and over each day. Watch other people do exciting things but never do any yourself. Don't stretch yourself or get out of your comfort zone. Fear failure. Go with the crowd. Don't speak out. Try to be popular and liked by all. Let other people…

Future Intent
We should all be clear on where we are going. Clarity on where you want to be in the future determines your actions today. Your actions today determine where you'll be when tomorrow comes. Are you clear on where you are going?

I’m now 43 and I think about how I care for my body everyday. I didn’t think about my health when I was younger I just did whatever I wanted and now I manage injuries from when I was not taking care of myself! I believe that God created the body with a complex system of healing mechanisms. when treated well can rejuvenate dead or deteriorating cells, prevent injury, maintain mental awareness & baring any unforeseen tragedy extend your life to the honorable age of 100+. My routine lifestyle is Consistent exercise, low fat high nutrient vegetable base lifestyle (small amounts of beef chicken fish 5-10% of daily food intake and lots of water & especially no processed food, sodas, gluten(breads etc) or dairy for me) see you at 100+ oh and the most important ingredient is for me to love Jesus/God and love others.
This couldn’t be anymore appropriate to think about considering l turn 30 tomorrow. 33% of my life is complete…66% left to go and grow. This was a good eye opener, thanks Larry.
