"Failure"? So what?
If you try and fail - so what? You can try again. It's not over until you win.
Your enemy or your hero
Your greatest enemy is much closer than you think. It's you. You are more critical of yourself than anyone else is. And you, more than enyone else, are capable of destroying yourself. But while you are your own worst enemy, you are also your own hero. Learn to control…
Don't take it personal
People do not do things for or against you. They act for their own reasons, right or wrong, and you happen to be there. Don't take it personal.
Make no small plans
The greatest risk in life is not that we aim too high and miss, it's that we aim too low and hit. Aim higher.
Who do we let influence us?
Most peoples definition of intelligence - "If you agree with me you are intelligent. if you don't, you're an idiot." If we take this attitude, we are only looking for validation of how we think. But to get different results, we have to be a different thinker, who then takes…
Progress = Happiness
A woman in Hollywood is happy that her new pool has a waterfall in it. I'm happy that the chlorine is finally flushing out of the well in the house I'm staying at and I'll be able to drink it soon. A woman in Africa is happy it rained because…
Interpretative memory
"Nothing is either good or bad, but thinking makes it so" - Wm. Shakespeare Stuff happens to all of us. What meaning have you assigned to what happened? Was it really that bad?

There is a voice inside you telling you that you aren't worthy, able, deserving, and "enough". Do you hear it? Recognize it, and tell yourself - "This is not me". It's just a story. Transform your inner critic into an inner coach. Tell yourself "I can, I will, I am…

I love this! I look back at the things that did not succeed and now I am thankful that some of them did not work out. My past had a direct correlation to my present. I worked at different types of businesses as early as 8 picking up pop bottles, mowing yards & I even had a candy selling business in school. These eventual failures or limited success opportunities helped me to move on to other opportunities & then to others. They made me who I am today & I like who I am today! But the question is who will I be tomorrow as a result of the limitations of today?
Good advice. And thank you for the note last week re sales positions. I had a good call with Kathy R a couple days ago. Btw, my brother in law just bought a brand new KTM250SX last fall. Its been sitting in his basement all winter. Cant wait to ride it. He now has that bike and two CR250’s for friends & family. 🙂
Thank you for showing me how to win throughout the years
