You can communicate to people how your company really is.  If you’re bad at positioning and creating your image, you can make it look worse than it really is.

If you are smart (and especially if you’re the underdog), you’ll create the illusion that your company is better.  People will feel more of whatever you need them to feel – professionalism, trust, reliability, experience, excitement, fun, more of…etc.

How good of an illusionist are you?

Is your message interesting?

Your sales message isn’t long or short – it’s interesting or not interesting.

If you bore or pressure people, they check out and can’t wait for you to leave.

When you stay focused on the prospect and the benefits they get as it relates to what they want – it’s interesting and they’ll stay with you.

Ask questions and listen

God gave most of us TWO ears and ONE mouth.

People don’t buy because they understand all about what you sell.  They buy more often because they feel understood.

What questions are you asking your prospects – everytime?
