How important is your phone compared to others?

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

It’s more and more common.

People are staring at their phones, scrolling while others are sitting right in front of them.

This sends a message.  “You are not as important as what is on my phone”.

It just does.

Is that the message you want to send often?

Let’s say you are scrolling and someone comes and sits down with you and you put the phone down and pay attention to them.

That makes people feel important.

Check out or check in?  It makes a difference.
