Achieve a balance in life. I’ve talked to a dozen or so 80-90
year olds who were dying and asked them all the same question what would you change. They all had similar answers – life is hard and if you let it it will take you away from what’s important like kids, spouse, friends, community, and personal time. Not one said they wished they worked harder/longer/more. Having said this life is hard and it sucks when you don’t have enough money to pay the bills. So again strive to achieve balance between work, family, friends, and the time to do the things you love.

Look up and smile. In a world filled with so much technology, I am saddened to see how many people looking down at their phones, tablets or laptops. We all need to reconnect as a community. It starts with looking up and giving a simple smile to everyone you see.
