I recently showed a friend how to kayak on a lake. He couldn’t keep it in a straight line. He was going in circles. It was his first time, and it was hard for him.
In business, you have to get so many things going right before you can declare “success”. Hiring, strategy, marketing, brand, training, sales, production, accounting, software, logistics, customer service, etc. etc.
You are five years in, and your business is still bad at something that is holding the whole thing up.
The solution? You have to get better. Learn fast. Find the right people who can solve your problems and get them working on it.
There is light at the end of the tunnel, but it can be a very long tunnel.
Coming out the other end, you are a more confident, able, and fulfilled person.
