When you blame you give your power away.

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

You can either take responsibility for your situation or you can blame other people or circumstances for it.

When you blame you give your power away.  You say someone else is responsible for my life and not me, and therefore have no power to change it.  You give away your freedom.  You become a victim.

When you take responsibility, you claim your power over the situation and your ability to change it.

Have you been blaming?

Or have you been saying “It’s on me, and I can/will fix/change it?”

Benjamin Laurent

We blame others, we blame ourselves, but there is no growth that comes from blame. Blame is pointing a finger at the past and holding on. Taking responsibility is more than just owning up, it is correcting and moving forward.

Its on me…

Tania Marco

For the past ten years, I’ve been committed to strengthening my accountability and integrity. I had never met someone who consistently did what they said and kept every promise, so I decided to become that person. Learning to hold myself accountable, whether in success or in mistakes, has been the true foundation of my growth. Integrity within yourself is where real transformation and the unlearning of old patterns begin.
