You created what you don’t like about you and your life.
It may have been from doing things you like in the now, at the expense of longer-term results.
A breakthrough requires a radical departure from your habits.
How difficult it will be to change is up to you – how you think about the old habits (do you even see them?), and how you think about the new and better ones.
There is nobody else in your way – just you….and that is good news.
Good morning sir! My habits of old do not even come to mind in the new David Butler.
Right on!
That is good news. I too am grateful for Mark Domogala.
Every once in a while, a person needs reminded of why they are where they are at a particular moment in time. In every case, I can trace any issue I have back to me! The lesson is to learn what not to do again in order to avoid getting the same unwanted results.
Greeting Mr Larry Janesky. I am very much impressed by your mentioning my name. I am hopeful I become your products sole agent and distributor in Ethiopia one day.
I have one question for you . As I told I run a construction company and a construction material trading company…..The business environment is very tough and corrupted here.I am trying hard to breakeven and i have successfully completed 10 projects last year, although i have shortage of working capital….I am 34 years old and I have 2 daughters 3 yrs old and 2 months old. It takes time to succeed(break even)and at the same time I am the main bread winner of the company (i cover 80 percent of total expense…..house rent etc)….I am considering to add side Job for some period.., to cover monthly expense..as my business income fluctuates….However deep inside i fear the side job only distracts me from my vision to be leading contractor and business man in my field. It is very difficult to get investors here. The only asset currently i have is my car……with which i had taken some loan.(the car worth 1.6 mollion, annd i took 600000,loan. I can sell it for 1000000 with the loan) My monthly expense is around 70000 =living +office rent+2 employees salary….
So….what do you advice me? selling my car or considering side job? car is very important here….it is a pickup truck and i use for ride and work…., transportation is very difficult here.
Thanks a lot in advance!!!!
Additional info, i secured 500000 loan from afriend last month , now i am going to return it for him…which leave me with 0 working capital….
So shall i ask him to invest it in my company? he is waiting to get it back this month.
