I’ve been focusing. Intentionally doing my growing up initiative. Doing my arrow every morning to see in my minds eye that I needed a level two in my TBF production department (construction manager). DONE!
I need a appointment center manager for my Klaus division. DONE! I had to raise my prices with a smile on my face and my staffs! DONE! All lessons from the SOE. I always say people have to be reminded more than they have to be instructed sometimes. I am in that category. Thank you Larry!!
