I love this!! I was actually just talking to my wife about this exact topic a day or so ago. We are going through this right now and it has been a breath of fresh air removing the toxicity from the company and placing the right individuals where they need to be. Change can be hard but it is necessary. As long as we don’t tolerate the wrong and praise the positive, we will grow in the correct manner.
