Recently a friend came to me to ask me what I thought of his new product after watching his presentation.  I told him I wasn’t quite clear what it is and what it does for me.

People don’t understand how an iPhone works – but they do understand what it does for them.

People don’t buy the best products and services, they buy the ones they can understand the fastest.

Is the benefit you provide laid out fast and clear for your customers?
