Have sales training every day.  

Don’t have someone to train the sales team who knows what they are doing?  

Someone in the building has to know how to sell well and train the others.  Make it so.

Don’t let a sales crisis continue.

And make sure that when the saled rep sells the comoany their product and trains 2 people that when those people leave the company that knowledge goes with them. Make sure when you train others train a long term leader too who can do this.
