Building a leading world-class company is a never-ending story. You’re doing pretty good, you fix a weakness, and something else happens that you need to fix/prop up/build. If it’s not external forces pushing changes on you, it’s internal ones. It’s one damn thing after another.
That’s it though. That’s the adventure. Learn to love it.
The day you lose the never ending story it’s game over.
The challenge of continually improving your self and your business is a worthy endeavor. Each day I strive to be better than I was the day before. I measure this on many areas. I try to learn all I can from this process too, as that helps the overall improvement cycle.
