Big Things First

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

To be more productive, we need to prioritize our tasks. If there isn’t enough time to get “everything” done, we need to make sure we get the most important things done and leave the least important things undone. Right?

Resist the urge to clear up the small things first.

Big stuff first.

Morning Larry – I saw a post similar to this yesterday and resisted responding. There are variables, of course, to leaving the small things to the end. They may be less time consuming – but if they are of equal importance – I say get them done first so you can clearly concentrate on the more time consuming project.
More time consuming does not equal more important.

Glad to hear power is back on at CN! Have a great Friday!
