The Fountainhead, indeed. I knew I was in good company. In my top five.

Improving!

Finger and head calculations to train my brain to efficiently and quickly add up numbers.
I would pay a lot of attention to how the outside of the office looks. Having a nicely cared outside pays off because that is what the customers notice first. I would also train my employees to clean their feet before they enter and carry the mud all over the carpet. Raising the feet to clean the shoes while sitting in a chair is not so hard or difficult and it helps maintain the carpet/flooring.
I would practice and promote self expression and encourage my employees to drop their inhibitions to create a more effective team.
I would sit down to figure out what exactly works and create a plan with future adjustments, changes or additions.
I would also experiment with a variety of schedules and I would allow my employees to choose their work stations and surroundings.
On paper everything looks easy and sounds nice but in reality only practice, adjustments, and tweaking will provide results.
