Entrepreneurs need to learn lots and learn fast. The last thing you want is to stay incompetent at the top of your own organization.
The faster we grow as an organization the more I realize I do not understand. I feel incompetent often, however I am confident that I can continue to learn and seek wise counsel. I can also hire people with wisdom to fill the gaps in my knowledge. I hire a lot of really smart people, you know what I mean! I’ll never stop learning and never stop growing because until I reach the grave God’s not done with me yet. It’s an obligation, a mission and a personal Passion!
