If your leadership is at a 5, your organization can’t be at a 6. In fact, it’s probably less than 5.

Not only will your organization suffer but all of the 6+ people will be at risk of leaving to join an enterprise where they can contribute to their potential.

Put into practice what you leaned – you haven’t leaned it until you do it….it like reading a diet book while you are eating your potato chips and Coke and say..” I feel healthy just reading this”
