Daily goal setter and daily goal hitter

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

While we have long term goals and dreams, whether they come true or not depends on what we are doing today.  Results come from action, and action cannot be taken in the furture – only today.

Each night or very early in the morning, ask yourself “What is MOST important for me to get done to make the results I seek happen?”  Then plan your day accordingly.  Focus and work on the highest value activities based on your long and mid range goals.

Just as your life is made up of a continuous series of days (and “nows”), so your goal achieving journey is made of of days too.  Plan each day well, and stay focused on that plan all day.

Excellent advice. In the words of Earl Nightingale “Success is the progressive realization of worthwhile goals.” If one accomplishes the 3 most important things they need to do each and every day, it will definitely move them in the right direction. Love your daily insights.

Sounds so simple…..how come it gets so complicated?
