Busy or Growth?

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

When your organization being busy is from factors outside your business (seasonal demand, an unusual big order, weather in your favor) it is “busy”, and you can’t count on it remaining that way.

When you being busy is from factors inside your organization (better marketing, better sales efforts, adding services, etc.), then you being busy is “growth”, and you can better rely on it continuing.

To plan things right, you have to see things right.  Right?

Larry,
Thank you for inviting me to participate in the SOE Charlie class. It is perfect timing for where I am and my organization is. If anyone is thinking about joining the School of Entreprenuership, do it! It will change you for the better!

Good morning Connecticut. Hope all is well.

As I look back on all the jobs we have done, not once has a customer ever come back to us and said, “we shouldn’t have done this much work”, on the other hand, if we don’t do enough, we get call backs, and do additional work.
