I don’t pay some people more because they have been here longer, because of their age, or for any title.  I pay them based on the value they bring to our customers and goals.  It’s the right thing to do.

I suppose. But paying by age is starting to look better and better to me!!

If you create incentives for most positions, they get paid exactly what they are worth! The hourly rate should be low enough that the individuals have to work on their key performance indicators to make great money.
