I troll for my next great employee at the bank, Home Depot, and the supermarket. Pretty much anywhere. If I recognize talent that I want on my team, I ask them to call me if they are looking for a better job. They usually do.

The only reason I dropped of my resume at Basememt Systems was the message from that days morning email which made me look up the website and add another name to my prospect employers to be visited list put together the night before. I had to remove my picture from the resume because that day for whatever reason it refused to print even though the format was correct and it printed many times before.
