In a simplistic sense, if we only give proposals people will accept we can close all of our prospects.  Why give a proposal they will not accept?

In order to give a proposal they will accept, we have to find out what they want, what they will love, what terms they need, and what other circumstances affect the decision before we present a proposal.

Then it’s a matter of drawing up the proposal they will acccept.  Right?
