Functional Optimism

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

A leader has to have a vision of the future.  It’s easy to talk about grandiose plans and get people excited – for a bit.  But you have to be practical too.  If you have a habit of being all hat and no cattle, and not being able to come through on your plans, then you lose credibility and your ability to influence people in the future.

Cast grand visions – that can be achieved.
