This is one of the better quotes I have read in my 25 years+ of leadership in the corporate world. I always wondered why people will divulge things to me that won’t with anyone else. I realize now that I have always been a listener, even as a child. thank you for conveying a wise proverb.

Very true…listening is a key management skill. Good listeners usually are, or become better managers in the long run.
