In a competitive economy, most players eliminate themselves. They don’t answer the phone, jump on opportunities, return messages fast enough, follow through, show up, deliver, present, or even care enough to.

Do you, or does your team, eliminate yourselves from being the winner?

Agree with the blog post. However, what caught my attention was the quote in the upper header of the blog: “operating income increases 19% in companie with high employee engagement” – any further ‘insight’ on this?

This is another way of saying, “Don’t get complacent.” Complacency breeds stagnation which will kill your success.

When those ingreedients you metioned are spot on it’s so much easier to get paid too! and well paid 🙂
