Being an entrepreneur is a great way to learn about yourself, because it requires you to look at who you are and how you think often. Those that don’t understand why they think how they do and that have done nothing to influence their thoughts or emotions, find themselves in a perpetual rut – with the same problems showing up over and over again.
Your business grows when you do. To grow yourself, you have to know yourself. A rational part of your mind must look at who you are mentally and emotionally and make assessments about where you are wrong, need improvement, help, and education.

Always self evaluating! I usually get my best evaluations after reading or learning from others or listening to MP3, podcasts etc.. New, good or old well presented information inspires me to change or Grow!
